MARITIME OFFICERS
The Maritime Symposium Rotterdam was first organized in 2008.
Until April 2017 sixteen editions were held.
More than 150 researches related to marine engineering, navigation, cargo, communication, culture, safety and environmental issues were performed and presented by Maritime Officer Students of the Rotterdam Mainport University.
All these researches were aimed at improvement and innovation, were famous for the out-of-the-box approach by our students, and were presented to full audiences of professionals from the industry, authorities, lecturers and students.
Our researches have won prizes awarded by the industry and authorities.
A large selection of the researches is now freely available and can be downloaded from this website.
I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation to all the students, colleagues and professionals who have contributed to the high quality of the researches and symposiums.
